atWork Australia is a national Disability Employment Services (DES) provider. DES is funded by the Australian Government to help people living with disability, injury or health condition find and keep a job, and help employers find the right people to keep their business moving.

To do that, the team work with people to identify their goals and aspirations, build skills and job-readiness, and coach them through interviews and into employment - as well as work with prospective employers to support and help them realise the benefits of employing a diverse workforce.

We are seeking an Operations Trainer who will be responsible for facilitating our company induction and co-designing training packages for the atWork Australia team. You will have a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with a broad range of stakeholders and have the confidence in delivering and building training.

As a key member of the L & D team, your responsibilities will be:

- Regular delivery of company induction;
- Facilitating support, coaching and learning for all atWork Australia team members; and
- Developing training content and programs to support continuous improvement initiatives, projects and business as usual activities.

To be successful in the role you must have a drivers license and reliable car as well as being flexible to work both in regional areas and interstate to deliver training. A understanding of employment services, contract knowledge and the systems and processes that relate to supporting clients as part of the Disability Employment Services Program and/or Workforce Australia would advantageous.
