Job Opportunity for Operator/Trainers

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced operators with hands-on training experience to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

The successful applicants will be responsible for developing and improving production operators, upholding industry standards and professionalism, and delivering tailored solutions that reflect their expertise and the values of the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Development and improvement of production operators through effective training and coaching.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and industry best practices.
  • Proactive and effective communicator with a commitment to maintaining exceptional relationships with colleagues and clients.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant industry qualifications, a strong track record of operating production equipment, and hands-on experience with operator training and development. Additionally, they should have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent, a Certificate II in Security Operations, and an Australian Driver's Licence. A minimum 3 years of operating production Excavator/Dozers, Graders /Dozers, and some hands-on experience with operator step-up and/or refresher training would be beneficial.

What's on offer includes flexible rosters, day shift only, travel, accommodation, and meals provided, and casual positions long-term with higher pay rate + Superannuation.
