**The Role**

As the Learning & Development Coordinator, you will be an integral part of building the skills and capabilities of our greatest asset, our people. Working closely with our Chief Operating Officer and People & Culture Lead you will bring our learning and development strategy to life ensuring training is meeting the business needs and supporting individuals.

You will be responsible for:

- Working with key stakeholders to enhance and develop our current training modules
- Design and develop training material within the Go1 platform
- Bring together our onboarding process to improve employee experience
- Identify and assess training needs of the organisation through job analysis and consultation
- Drive Patches' values through training and development initiatives
- Provide end to end learning and development consultation
- Reviewing Patches policies and procedures
- Updating and managing Patches' SharePoint site with learning content

**Essential Criteria**
- Diploma of Training Design and Development
- 3 - 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience using Articulate Rise
- Experience recommending, developing, designing and delivering learning programs in line with business outcomes and company values
- Experience in process mapping and/or documenting of key processes
- Highly customer focused with business partnering skills, able to work with various stakeholders
- Exceptional organisational skills, in particular the ability to meet objectives and produce deliverables within agreed timelines
