The Sourdough Crust Co. is a family friendly pizzeria in the heart of Ipswich specialising in blistered, chewy, stretchy, wood-fired pizzas with our signature sourdough crust.

We're launching soon with a crafted new menu, seasonal plates and curated wine list and we're committed to making and serving Ipswich's best pizza.

We're seeking an experienced and energetic pizzaiolo who cares about the finer details and is relentless in consistency.

The ideal pizzaiolo for our team has:

- Experience using a wood-fire oven, preparing and hand stretching dough
- Demonstrated culinary flair and genuine passion for the industry
- Undeniable pride for creating and delivering consistent, high quality produce
- Previous experience in a similar role

You'll work alongside an internationally trained restauranteur and sommelier with a vibrant team, continuous development and opportunities for growth.

Casual evening hours, Tuesday to Saturday.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
