**Role Overview**: We are seeking a detail-driven Coordinator to strengthen relationships between our supporters and the children they sponsor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on managing processes and is motivated by purpose-driven work.

The Coordinator will play a vital part in delivering key communications that enhance the Child Sponsorship experience and improve donor retention. They will oversee the end-to-end process of Child Sponsorship Letter Writing, facilitating heartfelt exchanges between Sponsors and the children they support. Additionally, the Coordinator will lead the coordination and delivery of Annual Progress Reports, providing Sponsors with tangible updates on the growth and development of the children and communities they support.

This role offers exciting opportunities to coordinate special projects that enhance the supporter experience and contribute to innovation within the Regular Giving space. The Coordinator will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and engaging communications are delivered throughout the year.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of Child Sponsorship Letter Writing
  • Lead the coordination and delivery of Annual Progress Reports
  • Coordinate special projects that enhance the supporter experience and contribute to innovation within the Regular Giving space
**Requirements**
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administration role
  • Experience working with databases or CRM systems
  • Demonstrated skills in attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
  • Demonstrated ability to be self-directed, organized, take initiative, and work to deadlines in a professional and confident manner
  • Proven ability to maintain good stakeholder relationships
