Marriott Academy is a registered training organisation that provides quality training to international and domestic students.

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated ELICOS Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic vocational education team based in Melbourne VIC.

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

- Deliver General English to International Students
- Overall academic leadership, ensuring outstanding quality of learning and teaching
- Carry out administrative functions in a timely and accurate manner, including but not restricted to recording attendance, providing written feedback on student assessment
- Address individual student needs and concerns both inside and outside the classroom
- Prepare, plan, and keep detailed and up-to-date records of each lesson and session
- Regularly reviewing learning and teaching outcomes, ensuring solid student progression and an excellent student experience
- Work collaboratively with the Student Support team
- Willingness and flexibility to teach across a range of courses, levels, and delivery modes
- Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and development
- Ensuring academic delivery and resourcing meet and exceed customer expectations within budgetary constraints
- Leadership and management experience in quality English language institutions
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and present student-centred lessons aligned with the course and learning outcomes.
- Excellent understanding of TESOL methodology, programs, curriculum design, and assessment practices
- Experience managing complex timetables and academic calendars
- Excellent student/classroom engagement

About you:

- Fluent English skills and extensive knowledge of the language
- Bachelor Degree obtained or recognised in Australia and;
- A recognised postgraduate TESOL qualification such as CELTA OR
- Bachelor of Education with a TESOL major or equivalent

**Job Type**: Contract

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- ELICOS teaching: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
