Due to rapid growth The Appliance Guys are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join the sales team and help grow the appointed territory. If you enjoy a field based role that will see you on the road coming up with effective solutions and working toward achieving goals, this role is right for you. You will use your communication skills to identify and address clients' needs while representing the largest appliance aftercare company in Australia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Gathering and updating account information on company CRM.
- Field sales call cycle to educate our clients on the complete offering.
- Providing after-sales support to retain customers.
- Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients' queries.
- Build strong client relationships, through regular visits and communication.
- Reporting on the status of accounts and new opportunities of growth.
- Communicate product and pricing details clearly with clients.
- Promote new products/services to existing customers.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Confident and eager to put your stamp on the role.
- Experience with CRM software is of advantage.
- Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships.
- Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
- High degree of professionalism.
- Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude.

**Job Type
- Full Time**:
Package - $60K + Company Car + Commission

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Eastern Creek, NSW 2766
