You'll have a direct impact on how the business operates day-to-day and the freedom to own IT end-to-end systems, tools, and processes.What You'll Do:Own the end-to-end IT function across the businessAutomate manual tasks and streamline internal operations through scripting and codingMaintain and support our Linux-based infrastructureManage and monitor Postgres and legacy MySQL production databases (no external DBA support)Administer Google WorkspaceInterface with our MSP where necessary - but you're the expert on the groundWhat You Bring:Proven experience working solo or in small IT teams, preferably in fast-paced or high-growth environmentsStrong BASH scripting proficiencyAbility to read and understand JavaScript and PythonComfort operating outside of the Microsoft stack - we don't use itHands-on experience managing Postgres and out-of-support MySQL in productionPrior experience with Google Workspace administrationIf you are ready to take the next step in this high impact role, please submit your resume in MS Word format.
