**Overview**:
This portfolio consists of x6 CAT Workwear retail doors across Australia, located throughout Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. Accent Group own the distribution rights to CAT Workwear across Australia and New Zealand.
In the role you will report directly into the National Retail Manger for Distributed Brands and have 6 Store Managers reporting directly into yourself. This role is based in Melbourne as this is where majority of the stores are based. Interstate travel is required in this role.
**Job responsibilities**:
- Accountability for sales and KPI's in region (Sales, wages, fulfilment rates, shrinkage etc)
- Trade feedback and action plans
- PNL reviews and action plans
- Recruitment & Retention
- Leadership meetings (Content & delivering)
- Team training and development
- Visual merchandising standards as per global guidelines
- Product training
- Bring Innovation and new ideas to the business
- Ensure efficient OH&S management and adhere to state and national OH&S legislation
