**About the Company**

I'm representing a worldwide developer and owner of renewable energy assets, with an impressive portfolio already in operation within Australia. They have an excellent financial backing, with more projects due to go into construction in the near future.

**About the Role**

As the Head of Construction, you will be responsible for pre-construction planning of future projects, and managing a team of PM's to oversee the delivery of current projects. You will be experienced in delivering wind, PV or BESS projects in Australia and will be comfortable overseeing a project management team to ensure successful delivery. It's an exciting time to join an ambitious and growing team, with a number of projects in different stages.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop construction plans for renewable projects that are in different stages of development
- Manage the current team of PM's to ensure successful delivery of projects
- Engage with regulatory authorities, contractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance and smooth operations
- Assist with EPC/contractor selection and strategy
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation measures.

**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary qualification
- Strong experience in renewable energy construction delivery (wind preference, PV/BESS etc also valuable though)
- Excellent knowledge of renewable energy technologies, construction methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate effectively
