**About the role**

**What you'll be doing**
- Planning and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate educational programs for children a
- Observing and assessing children's progress, and using this information to tailor learning experiences
- Building strong relationships with children and their families, providing regular updates and feedback
- Maintaining a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment
- Collaborating with the wider early education team to contribute to the continuous improvement of our service
- Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

**What we're looking for**
- studying Cert III or diploma qualification or above
- Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver high-quality, play-based learning programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
- Genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting children's development
- Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
- First Aid qualification, including CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma management
