Exciting new opportunity within our People & Culture Team to drive development and delivery of our workforce reporting, data needs and insights.

What you'll do

Working with large data sets and delivering actionable insights

Building Reports, Visualizations and Dashboards using Excel, Microsoft PowerBI, SAP SuccessFactors and using Payroll tool like Chris21.

Transform source data into a standardized format ready for analysis and reporting consumption.

Implement data validation procedures, security and controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.

Prepare data workflows and documentation.

Analyze data requirements for Enterprise reporting & analytics.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to improve data governance.

Assist the team to help scope, document, design and configure People Systems & Reporting solutions to meet business requirements.

External compliance reporting to government agencies including WGEA (Workplace Gender Equality Agency) and ABS (Australian Bureau of Statistics)

What you'll bring

Experience working with People & Workforce systems, data and reporting

High attention to detail and ability to communicate with all stakeholders effectively

Ability to work autonomously, meeting deadlines and managing workload effectively

**Technical Skills**:
Previous experience working in Microsoft Power BI, SAP SuccessFactors

Advanced proficiency in all Microsoft packages - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access

Experience with cloud environments and data warehousing / data lake systems is advantageous

Proficiency in SQL, Azure Data Factory, Payroll -Chris21 is also highly regarded
