**The Role**:
Our client is a Global Professional Services organisation on the lookout for a Financial Systems Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.
- Sydney or Melbourne Based (Hybrid)
- Aderant / Intapp / SQL
- 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

As the Finance Systems analyst you will support and enhance a suite of Aderant and Intapp products, contributing to release management, environment maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Aderant and Intapp Applications, including Expert, Conflicts, Time, Walls, and Integration Builder.
- Support, develop, and maintain reports, forms, workflows, and integrations within Aderant and Intapp systems.
- Utilize software/web development skills and SQL scripting for reporting and troubleshooting purposes.
- Ensure effective release management through packaging, testing, deployments, production implementation preparations, cloning, reconciliation, and administration.
- Oversee environments management tasks such as refreshes, development and administration runbooks, DB and environments comparisons, test user account administration, server patching preparations and testing, Expert administration and support, source control artifacts, document updates, and Citrix checks and administration.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and automation in all environments and release tasks.
- Actively participate in planning and improvement activities, including the automation and scripting of Financial Systems Technology (FST) processes.

**About You**:

- Experience with legal or other professional services Practice Management Software (e.g., Aderant, Intapp) would be advantageous.
- Desirable Skills: MS SQL, IIS, MS Office, MS Teams and Confluence, MS Orchestrator and SMA, MS Sharepoint, Azure DevOps, Citrix XenApp, Redgate DB comparison tools, Beyond Compare, JIRA, ServiceNow, PowerShell, Active Directory, CI/CD, Automation.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, troubleshooting, problem-solving, analytical, document writing, change management, presentation, prioritization, and time management abilities.
- Good to have: Familiarity with Expert Apps, Intapp Time, Walls, or similar Practice Management Software.
