A new and exciting opportunity is now available for a full-time **Trainee** **Bitumen Blending Operator **to join our successful Road Infrastructure team in **Maddington, WA**. This hands-on role will give you an excellent understanding of our Thin Surfacing business and provide genuine career growth and development opportunities within the business.

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**
- Current C Class Driver's Licence (MR/HR Preferred)
- Current General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- **Ability to work regionally within WA and interstate for periods of time as required**:

- Experience or background within civil, construction, or a related industry
- Positive attitude to work
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to learn
