Technical Business Analyst (Pega and API)
Synechron is seeking a dynamicTechnical Business Analystwith strong hands-on experience in thePEGA platformand a proven track record inFraud/Scam PreventionorBusiness Bankingprojects.
You will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving the design, delivery, and optimization of PEGA-based solutions within a regulated and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications and user stories.
Design and configure PEGA applications (e.g., case management, decisioning, Smart Investigate) to support fraud workflows and business banking processes
Lead process mapping, gap analysis, and solution walkthroughs with business and technical stakeholders
Collaborate closely with PEGA developers, architects, and QA teams—ensuring scalable, maintainable, compliant designs.
Support implementation phases including UAT, defect triage, and go-live readiness.
Ensure solutions adhere to fraud prevention best practices, regulatory and security standards.
Work within Agile/Scrum environments, using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and BPMN modeling.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder communications.
Required Qualifications
5–8 years as a Business Analyst or Tech BA in financial services or consulting, with direct experience on thePEGA platform(PRPC, BPM, Smart Investigate frameworks)
Domain expertise infraud prevention,scam detection,AML/KYC, orBusiness Banking operations, including alert handling and case management.
Strong analytical skills with experience in process flows, decisioning, and integration requirements (e.g., REST/SOAP, databases).
Excellent communication skills—comfortable engaging with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
