- by charlotte_ is seeking a Content Creator who is not only a skilled photographer, videographer, and editor but also loves being in front of and behind the camera. If you're someone who's truly obsessed with social media and can produce captivating videos and imagery for various digital platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and our website, then you're the perfect fit for this role.

This exciting opportunity will involve close collaboration with our Art Director and Social Media Executive, allowing you to immerse yourself in the world of _by charlotte_; working with beautiful products; and sharing your creative vision with our global audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality video content and still images.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate ideas for campaigns and product launches.
- Develop content concepts through storyboarding, considering creative direction's impact on brand engagement and sales.
- Assist in pre-production tasks for campaign shoots, including briefings, model casting, talent sourcing, studio booking, prop selection, and creating call sheets.
- Participate in photoshoots to capture behind-the-scenes footage and pre-planned social media videos.
- Become a familiar face and voice for the brand's TikTok channel delivering engaging TikTok specific content.
- Choose suitable audio, graphics, and animation styles for videos.
- Stay up-to-date with social media content trends and trending sounds.
- Work closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to bring communication plans to life.
- Lead content creation across various social media platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and our websites.
- Foreword planning the content creation schedule to ensure the team is producing both long lead and short lead content.
- Ensure the content plan focuses on the correct product aligned to go-to-market strategy
- Film content featuring internal staff, founders, industry insiders, and talent.
- Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, publications, and brands, infusing innovative thinking into each project.
- Attend activations and press launches to capture captivating content.
- Ensure content is delivered punctually and remains within budget constraints.

**Required Knowledge and Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role creating content for brands.
- Proven experience in videography and content creation with the ability to adapt and create content on-the-fly.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite for video and photo editing.
- Strong understanding of video and photo editing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow strict briefs.
- Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to meet quick turnaround times, handle multiple tasks, prioritize projects, and communicate progress with management.
- Strong visual skills, including an eye for good lighting, shot composition, and the use of colour and graphics.
- In-depth knowledge of camera and sound recording equipment.
- Experience in the jewellery industry is a bonus.

**Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident, a New Zealand citizen or hold a valid visa with permission to work in Australia.
