You'll have -
A passion to serve customers with a positive 'can-do' attitude
Experience in the travel industry and/or working in a contact/call centre environment
Basic knowledge of PC office applications
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Self-motivation and resilience
Ability to work on a 7 day rotational roster basis
Please note:
It is
essential
for this role that you are in based in Hobart and have the ability to work a 7 day rotating roster, spanning across the hours of 0700 to 2300.
