**About the Role...**

As **Payroll Officer**, you'll play a key role in **processing payroll efficiently** while providing **exceptional customer service** to team members and external stakeholders. You'll ensure compliance, assist in process improvements, and support the smooth operation of payroll functions.

**Day to Day...**

? **Payroll Processing** - Accurately process payroll in line with company policies and compliance requirements.

? **Payroll Administration** - Complete all administrative duties related to payroll efficiently.

? **Compliance Support** - Ensure adherence to **enterprise agreements, awards, data governance, and privacy regulations**.

? **Process Improvement** - Identify opportunities to enhance payroll processes and recommend solutions.

? **Stakeholder Management** - Build trusted relationships with team members and external partners.

**What You Bring...**

**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- Experience in a **payroll processing role** in a multi-site or multi-brand company
- Strong **attention to detail** and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent **communication and customer service skills**:

- Ability to **analyse data** and provide meaningful insights
- Ability to work **independently** while collaborating with a team

**Desirable Skills & Experience**:

- Knowledge of **Australian payroll and superannuation regulations**:

- Experience working with **multiple modern awards/industrial instruments**:

- Retail industry experience
- Tertiary qualification in **Business Administration or Finance** (desired)
