What's on offer?
Based in Helensvale, QLD and reporting to the Construction Manager, our Coomera Connector project is seeking a Survey Manager to join the team. We're looking for someone who enjoys working on complex infrastructure projects and thrives in a fast-paced environment where you are given autonomy to lead your team and influence outcomes to achieve best for project outcomes.
In this position you will lead planning, coordination, and delivery of surveying activities whilst building and maintaining strong key stakeholder relationships (including client, contractors and internal stakeholders) to drive successful project outcomes. You will ensure a safety-first culture and oversee that quality and compliance standards are met. Monitoring project timelines, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions together with contributing to the continuous improvement of systems and processes will also be required.
We are seeking a Bachelor of Surveying or equivalent (registration with the Survey Boards of Queensland or similar will be highly regarded), coupled with demonstrated experience working on complex Civil Infrastructure projects (joint venture experience is also advantageous). Your ability to communicate across all levels with strong attention to detail and problem-solving as well as experience with scheduling resources will be essential. Experience in Trimble Business Center or 12d, 12d Synergy and Machine Guidance System will be advantageous. A valid driver's license will also be required.
