**The Role**

Using a flexible and adaptable approach the responsibilities of the **Finance Administrator **include:

- Provide finance assistance to the Finance Manager with routine tasks.
- Provide general administration support to our key client
- To assist Finance Manager to ensure all reporting requirements are met in timely manner.
- Ensure suppliers' invoices are checked and submitted for further processing (Data validation required).
- Ensure suppliers' accounts are reconciled against our system.
- Full compliance and consistency with the contract and BGIS business systems.
- Liaise with the supplier or internal team to resolve invoice detail contract requirements.

**Experience**
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize.
- Diploma in Accounting or similar qualification
- Minimum 3 years end-to-end Accounts Payable experience
- Ability to think analytically to solve problems.
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills
- Teamwork, Quality, Customer orientation, Initiative, Flexibility, Judgement & Decision
- Microsoft Office Application Skills proficiency in Excel a priority
