The Opportunity

Both a web strategists and technologist, you will be responsible for enabling the business to drive engagement and Demand Generation on our web platforms while providing actionable insights to our stakeholders based on data, user experience, technical capabilities, and scalability to deliver innovative experiences for our customers in international regions. You will collaborate across the broader product management organisation to build and deliver a roadmap that drives toward business targets. You will work closely with the Global cross-functional teams in the USA and Europe to deliver product releases, to continuously optimise web experiences, and ensure that deliverables are met on time and with quality.

What you'll do-
- Partner across the global Product Management organisations and contribute to defining the technical & development requirements shaping our capability roadmap.-
- Liaise with the regional CoE for demand generation, the web production team as well as the sales and marketing teams to build a roadmap focused on web engagement and lead generation across APJ.- Use data, customer and competitive insights to create innovative capabilities and compelling user experiences focused on driving engagement and generating Demand.- Prioritise and respond to input from multiple sources, use your analytical skills to evaluate alternatives and make compelling recommendations to the business- Own roadmaps for localised content and web experiences.- Lead the strategic website testing and optimisation plans, collaborating with the regional and global stakeholders to ensure structured, objective driven testing with clear learnings, outcomes and actions.- Build business cases clearly stating the impact and value of proposed initiatives.- Assess and report on the results of initiatives against KPI targets.- Proficient understanding of business and product strategy to present and influence decision making at the Group Manager and Director level.

What you need to succeed- 5+ years of B2B Web and/ or Digital marketing experience.- A sense of urgency and the ability to act quickly and decisively.- Experience across large organisation matrix structures with central resources and decentralised targets.- Proven Product Management capabilities in enabling marketing and customer experiences.- Enthusiastic, creative and innovative attitude.- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.- Ability to take ownership of issues and drive to resolution in partnership with other teams.- Articulate in documenting site requirements, specifications, and user stories.- Interest and aptitude in collaborating with others to achieve goals.- Strong analytical abilities to understand and draw insights from data in order to form hypotheses.- Ability to craft clear, compelling recommendations supported by strong analysis and business logic.- Ability to pitch recommendations to leadership and gain support for its execution.- Ability to influence others on product backlog priorities and trade-offs.
