**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Teach individual and group flute lessons to students of varying ages and abilities
- Develop personalized lesson plans to suit the learning styles and goals of each student
- Prepare students for recitals, exams, and performances
- Encourage a positive, engaging learning environment that fosters creativity and growth
- Communicate with students and parents regarding progress and upcoming events
- Maintain a professional and reliable teaching schedule

**Requirements**:

- Strong proficiency in flute performance and music theory
- Experience teaching flute, preferably in a private or group setting
- Degree or diploma in music education, performance, or related field (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate students
- Flexibility in scheduling lessons, including evenings and weekends

Pay: $30.00 - $84.05 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
