About Our Role:

We are seeking an experienced flute educator to join our music academy team. As a highly skilled and enthusiastic teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and personalized flute lessons to students of varying ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the learning needs and goals of each student
  • Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters creativity and growth
  • Prepare students for performances, exams, and recitals
  • Cultivate excellent communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Adhere to a reliable teaching schedule while being flexible with lesson times

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in flute performance and music theory
  • Proven experience in teaching flute, preferably in a private or group setting
  • Degree or diploma in music education, performance, or a related field (desired)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students
  • Flexibility in scheduling lessons, including evenings and weekends
