**The Role**:
As a Support Worker/Carer in **Seville Grove and Parmelia, WA** you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities, including showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication monitoring, shopping, meal preparation, housekeeping, respite care, social support, and transportation to appointments.

**Our client in Seville Grove requires a Support Worker to assist with personal care, domestic assistance and transport assistance for 4 hours per week, spread across two days. They requires shifts to be in the late afternoon. In addition we have a client in Parmelia who requires assistance with personal care, domestic assistance and companion care on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9.30am-11.30am.**

**In addition to this we have other clients in the area, offering the opportunity to pick up shifts with other clients to build your hours.**

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Smartphone
