**About the Role**

Your skills and knowledge within the Engineering, Workshop and Industrial sectors will allow you the opportunity to demonstrate your hands on capabilities to promote and continue to grow opportunities within these sectors. Your ability to liaise and negotiate with our current clients and employees alike is an exciting proposition along with training and mentoring new and junior staff as you grow in the role. Working collaboratively with all team members is a given.

This role will suit a 180 degree Recruiter who may not enjoy the Business Development aspect of recruitment so much but thrives on filling roles and dealing with established clients.

- Demonstrated ability to use initiative, to resolve problems, and thrive in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
