If so, this is a great opportunity to take the next step in your career journey.FOCUS Connect is seeking a dedicated Aged Care Team Leader to oversee and drive the operations of our Aged Care division at our Campbelltown Head Office.About the RoleWith the upcoming Aged Care Reforms in July 2025, this role will also involve ensuring compliance, leading change, and improving service delivery to meet evolving industry standards.
This is a leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with strong operational management skills and a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth: Drive operations, build stakeholder relationships, identify growth opportunities, and manage day-to-day division activities.Client Care: Lead the team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, ensure compliance, handle client feedback, and engage with the community.Financial Oversight: Manage client budgets, work closely with leadership, and ensure cost-effectiveness.Compliance & Quality: Maintain audit readiness, lead continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.Leadership: Supervise, recruit, and develop your team, manage training, and ensure workforce planning aligns with care needs.Workplace Safety: Ensure safe work practices, manage risk assessments, and support workplace injury recovery.What We Are Looking ForProven experience in leadership and operational management within the Aged Care sector.Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory compliance.Expertise in budgeting and financial management.Tertiary qualification in Health Service Management or business-related discipline and/or experience in a similar role.High level of oral and written communication.Strong networking and business development skills and experience.Strong management and leadership skills.Proficient business and financial acumen.Why Join UsFOCUS Connect offers a range of benefits to its employees, such as:Generous salary and salary packaging.Supportive, collaborative team environment.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.A positive work environment with a high value in diversity, equity and inclusion.About FOCUS ConnectFOCUS Connect (formally known as Macarthur Diversity Services Initiative) is a registered, not-for-profit charity that offers practical help and support services to the disadvantaged and marginalised.
