Overview
We are seeking to recruit energetic, dedicated and customer oriented team players with exceptional customer service skills to join our teams in the following areas:
Bistro and Café
Bar and Cellar
Gaming
Reception
To be considered for this role you must be available to work a mix of shifts including days, nights, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
Provide high-level customer service across our venues and areas: Bistro and Café, Bar and Cellar, Gaming, and Reception.
Work as part of a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills.
Deliver a high level of service and be friendly, outgoing, and hard-working.
Work unsupervised and be self-motivated.
On-the-job training is provided; prior experience is not essential.
RSA & RCG competencies are required or willing to be obtained.
