Here at Collegians, everyone who works at our venues plays a part in making sure our customers have an experience that they will remember and talk about.

Overview

We are seeking to recruit energetic, dedicated and customer oriented team players with exceptional customer service skills to join our teams in the following areas:

  • Bistro and Café
  • Bar and Cellar
  • Gaming
  • Reception

To be considered for this role you must be available to work a mix of shifts including days, nights, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level customer service across our venues and areas: Bistro and Café, Bar and Cellar, Gaming, and Reception.
  • Work as part of a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills.
  • Deliver a high level of service and be friendly, outgoing, and hard-working.
  • Work unsupervised and be self-motivated.

On-the-job training is provided; prior experience is not essential.

RSA & RCG competencies are required or willing to be obtained.
