Overview
The Financial Controller will be the cornerstone of our financial integrity and strategy during a pivotal period of global expansion.
This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a sophisticated finance function, build scalable systems, and mentor a talented team, while having a direct impact on the direction of the business.
Responsibilities
Driving Strategy: Partner with senior management to provide sharp commercial insights that optimise margins and fuel growth plans.
Owning the Financials: Lead all accounting, tax, and control activities for our Australian group, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
Ensuring Rock-Solid Compliance: Champion adherence to regulatory and industry standards and manage the annual external audit process.
Global Collaboration: Work with the world-class Group Finance team in London, leveraging their support and resources.
Optimising Operations: Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and resource allocation, building a scalable foundation for the future.

What You'll Bring to the Team
Proven Senior Leadership: CA or CPA qualified with 5+ years in a Financial Controller role, and experience in high-growth, multi-entity environments.
Global Financial Acumen: Expertise in managing global financial operations, multi-country compliance, complex reporting, and foreign currency management.
Strategic & Hands-On Agility: Ability to operate at a high strategic level while remaining hands-on, ensuring meticulous execution of all financial processes.
Transformational Mindset: Track record of leading financial transformation and standardising systems to unlock efficiencies through automation.
Influential & Engaging Communication: Strong stakeholder skills to advise, influence, and challenge leaders at all levels.
