The Company

KBR Australia has been engaged in working with Defence and Defence Industry for over 20 years and has core competencies in program and project management, engineering, asset management, integrated logistics support, procurement and training solutions, and provides in-depth expertise to a wide range of projects within the Defence sector.

The Opportunity

This role is key to the delivery of the LAND 121 Phase 4 project in our Land Vehicle Systems Branch (LVSB) Integrated Work Package (IWP) for Defence. You will provide C4I Specialist support to the Introduction Into Service aspects of the project, as well as key stakeholder engagement and support to Executive Level correspondence and briefings.

A focus on building relationships, managing KBR's partnerships and maintaining client satisfaction will be key to this role, with a view to maximising business opportunities within the agreed operating structure.

Required Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge

Demonstrated experience providing technical C4I expertise (essential);
Professional project management qualifications (highly desirable);
Demonstrated experience in the input and development of ILS documentation (highly desirable);
Strong people management and stakeholder management skills;
Demonstrated experience within Defence and/or Defence Industry; and

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This role is based at Victoria Barracks in Melbourne and requires a current AGSVA Security Clearance (Baseline minimum, NV1 preferred).
