Overview
The role : Cater Care is seeking a Relief Chef Manager to oversee and support culinary operations within our portfolio of sites in the Perth metro area.
This role is ideal for a professional who is committed to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our customers and maintaining a highly efficient kitchen environment.
As well as being able to work within different locations and teams.
Roster
Monday to Friday, 9 : 30 am to 6 : 00 pm

Dual responsibilities in food preparation / presentation and site management
Managing overall costs, with a focus on food and labour
Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety practices
Leading, developing, and managing a team effectively
Assisting with bulk cooking operations
Preparing and presenting texture-modified foods
