Property Network of Australia is seeking a candidate to join a highly regarded asset management services provider with a strong track record across multiple sectors, including health, aged care, education, government, commercial, and infrastructure. This is an initial 1-month requirement based in Canberra with a client who has a wealth of nationally recognized clientele.
We are looking for people with previous asset inspections / audits / conditioning experience OR someone who has a relatable tertiary background such as a Bachelor of Engineering, Architecture, Information Technology, or a Trades background.
You should be fit and able to walk most of the day, read room plans, and have a solid grasp of software applications used to record the condition of assets.
Key Duties & Responsibilities :
Perform onsite asset audits using tablets, barcode scanners, and specialist software.
Assist with project data cleansing and ensure data integrity.
Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring service excellence.
Apply strong time management to meet project milestones and deadlines.
Uphold company values and work collaboratively within a team environment.
The ideal candidate will have :
Demonstrated experience in project coordination or asset management, ideally with exposure to facilities or infrastructure sectors.
High attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A current driver's licence
Relevant education such as Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanical, Architecture, or Information Technology
