The Hill Bar & Kitchen and Gather By The Hill are looking for full time and casual bar staff of all levels to be part of our hard working & friendly team.

Located on the South Coast of regional NSW, Gerringong is just a 90 minute drive from Sydney, boasting exceptional views and a relaxed beach driven lifestyle.

The Hill Bar & Kitchen is a fast paced bar with casual dining in the main street of Gerringong, it has an industrial décor and stunning views of Werri Beach and the surrounding farmlands. It is the perfect spot for a casual beer or dinner with family and friends. The Hill Bar offers 12 taps of Australian and International beers and alcoholic ginger beer, as well as an extensive selection of wines and a cocktail list that caters to all tastes. Perfect for a casual session or a simple glass of wine as the sun goes down.

Gather By The Hill is an elegant cocktail bar, drench in natural light and has a relaxed coastal feel to it, combined with a modern Australian menu with a hint of Asian influence. Gather offers 5 taps of Australian beers and cider, a cocktail list that caters to all and a selection of local, Australian and International wines.

With three operating venues, we're a successful and constantly growing business, much loved by our local community, who too are looking forward to our portfolio growing at the end of the year with the opening of a fantastic new space. Ensuring there will be opportunity to grow and progress in your career should you choose.

The successful applicants will have their RSA, be passionate, dedicated, organised, enthusiastic, able to work independently and as part of a team. You should have a penchant for good hygiene and cleanliness standards and be capable of following instructions and routines. A flair of creativity is appreciated but not compulsory.
