Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for technology and a knack for fixing things? Do you thrive in a dynamic work environment and enjoy being out in the field? If so, this role in Toowoomba may be for you.
Responsibilities
100% commitment to personal and business safety
Testing of lifting equipment on and off-site inspections
Maintenance and service repairs on products
Providing excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
DIDO to visit customer sites when and as required
Collaborating with the support team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
What You Will Bring
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting
Demonstrated experience in manufacturing – preferred but not essential
Valid driver\'s license – DIDO will be required
Ability to work in a sometimes physically demanding role and at heights
Flexibility and availability to travel. This is not a set roster due to us providing a service to our customers as and when they need.
