If you're a passionate and experienced practitioner who thrives on making a real difference in your community, we want to hear from you.What You'll DoAs a FaRS Practitioner, you'll work with individuals, couples, and families using a range of therapeutic approaches to support healthy relationships, prevent family breakdown, and enhance wellbeing.Your Day-to-Day Will IncludeProviding individual and group counselling using evidence-based, trauma-informed frameworksSupporting families affected by domestic and family violence, separation, and child protection mattersConducting intake, risk assessments, safety planning, and referralsCollaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver holistic supportMaintaining high-quality case notes, reports, and data for compliance and service improvementWhat You Will BringTertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or Behavioural Sciences (and eligible membership with AASW, APS, or similar)Strong knowledge of DFV, Child Protection, and Family Law legislationProven counselling skills including family systems and brief solution-focused practiceHigh-level communication, interpersonal and professional integrityStrong practice framework grounded in trauma-informed, client-centred careCurrent driver's licence, Blue Card, and AFP check (or willingness to obtain)Why Join Us?
