**PMO Coordinator**

We are looking for a PMO coordinator for a 12-month contract.

This project is within higher education centre.
- Experience setting up and coordinating a PMO.
- Strong reporting skills
- Ability to implement a project tracking mechanism.
- Ability to create and maintain templates and documents.
- Strong project governance experience
- Provide Project Management support to Project Managers, including managing the project schedule, assistance setting up, tracking, and updating IT projects.
- Keep track of the project documentation, make sure all documents have received approval, and make sure the right versioning is kept.

**Skills required**:

- Knowledge of best practice at portfolio, programme, project level
- Demonstrate high understanding across Agile project delivery methodologies.
- Proven ability to implement project management standards, processes and guidelines, and the continual development to meet organisational need.
- Experience of portfolio level resource management reporting and analysis.
- Development and delivery of portfolio reports to Senior Management.
- Workshop facilitation including with senior stakeholders.

This is a Perth based role. Mostly based on site with some WFH options available.
