**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Apprenticeships Manager, the Apprenticeship Coordinator is a key contributor to the success of the Liebherr-Australia Apprenticeship success. The Apprenticeship Coordinator will be responsible for the apprentice's employment lifecycle, undertaking administrative tasks, and working closely with the Divisional Management Teams, this role has the key responsibility for ensuring stakeholders receive a high level of service across training contracts as well as supporting progression and learning objectives to ensure successful completion of apprenticeships within the defined geographical territory.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Monitor and manage training contracts, registrations, employment changes, completions and reporting
- Maintain and actively support apprentices and trainees throughout their apprenticeship or traineeship
- Work closely with key stakeholders to develop and maintain a world class apprenticeship program.
- Mentor and coach Apprentices nationally
- Create opportunities for apprentices to rotate across sites and disciplines for increased exposure
- Identify and address apprentices who are having difficulty with progressing in their practical or formal learning activities
- Adhere to policies, processes, legislative requirements, and accurate data entry
- Liaise with stakeholders including government bodies and training partners
- Contribute to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement activities
- Participate in special projects as required

**Skills and qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a GTO or VET /or understanding of RTO and competency frameworks preferred
- Working knowledge of Vocational Education & Training and Group Training Sectors including government funding and compliance requirements, preferred
- Trade or learning and development qualifications and/or equivalent knowledge and experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience undertaking complex administration processes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Confident in using client databases and systems including learning management systems (LMS) or willingness to learn
- Organisation skills, attention to detail and problem solving along with the ability to work autonomously and part of a team are essential
