An opportunity exists for a physically fit, versatile handy person for our Depot located in St Marys. With flexibility over the days you work and start and finish times, you will be required for 3 days per week. The successful applicant must be an all-rounder willing to assist in ensuring the grounds and maintenance of the Depot are of a high standard.

To be considered for this position, you must show you have had experience in a similar role.

**Your Duties Include**
- Grounds Keeping;
- Use of the Yard Sweeper;
- Rubbish removal;
- Pressure cleaning and hosing;
- Undertake routine repairs, cleaning and maintenance of the facilities;
- General skill set for maintenance work required;
- Manual handling of freight;
- General property maintenance;
- Following safe operating procedures and complying with company policy.

**To Be Considered for This Role**
- Be relatively fit as manual handling is required;
- Honest, reliable, prompt and punctual;
- Can work independently with mínimal supervision;
- Experience in general maintenance type roles - Trades background will be highly regarded;
- Ability to read and write and understand units of measure;
- Have your own car licence, suitable vehicle and tools;
- WH&S White card - preferable;
- Basic administration skills;
- Be flexible and accept changes to days of work and be available to work additional days if required;
- Have a commitment to safe work practices.
