If this sounds like you, read on...We have an ambitious product vision that we're executing on and we're looking for a Senior Product Manager for our flagship product, helping to drive the roadmap towards becoming a qualitative data warehouse for product teams.
You'll own the vision, strategy, roadmap and execution of this team for the company.What you'll doBe customer-obsessed.
Develop a deep understanding of our market, customer personas, how they work, their pain points, macro trends, etc.
Spend time speaking with customers to build product intuition.
Be the voice of the customer in every discussion.Own your roadmap.
Define vision and strategy with Company Leadership; ultimately own and drive it.
Balance customer needs, business opportunities and technical challenges to deliver innovation, product performance and core improvements.Be able to think big, but start small.
Build your own vision for your product area and excite teams and customers, while sweating the details to move the product forward step by step.Partner with design and engineering.
Collaborate closely with design and engineering to guide product discovery and execution, building customer empathy within the team.Be exceptionally pragmatic.
Balance analytics, qualitative research and customer feedback to make right tradeoffs and keep momentum.Be accountable for product quality.
Ensure a world-class product experience, raise the bar, and coach the team on how to maintain it.What you'll bringStrong product management experience owning a roadmap and executing in a B2B organization; experience shipping new features, iterating from customer feedback, and making build vs buy decisions to grow market share and revenue.Experience working closely with product teams.
Ability to collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers; experience making tough priority tradeoffs and shaping product strategy.Clear communicator.
Ability to distill big ideas into concise, compelling points and bring the voice of the customer to the team.Experience with B2B SaaS products.
Understanding product-led and sales-led growth, freemium models, funnel analysis and pricing decisions.Pragmatism.
Track record of wearing multiple hats across the product lifecycle and rallying a team through challenges.Strong domain expertise is a plus.
Experience in fast-scaling startups or domain areas such as user research, product feedback or analysis software is a bonus.Equity & BenefitsEquity for everyone.
