We exist to excite, engage, and entertain children before school, after school, and during school holidays.The Role - Permanent EducatorThis role offers variety and the opportunity to work closely with a supportive team, gaining valuable experience in OSHC and making a real difference in children's lives.Location: Toowoomba AreaShifts available: (Hours vary depending on service)7:00am–9:00am (Before School Care)2:30pm–6:30pm (After School Care)Optional 6–8 hour shifts during school holidaysWhy You'll Love Working with UsGo on adventures: excursions, incursions, & themed daysCreate, play & inspire: enjoy hands-on learning and creative activities with children aged 5–12Support for your family: discounted care for your own childrenDevelopment Opportunities: We offer Director of Service Job Ready training to help you grow in your career.Flexibility for Students: Have the middle of the day free to study
About YouIdeally experienced in Before and After School Care or education, but willing to learn
Passionate about working with children and helping them thriveFun, involved, a team player, and ready to jump inConfident communicator with children, parents, and colleaguesRequirementsWorking with Children Check relevant to your state (WWCC, WWVP, Blue Card, VIT)Certificate III or Diploma in an ACECQA-approved course (or working towards it).
