Exciting news TeamKids has been approved for the Early Childhood Education & Care Retention Payment, which means our educators will now earn an extra 10% on top of their award wage. More recognition, more reward — just for doing what you love.
Who is TeamKids?TeamKids is a premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) across Australia. We exist to excite, engage, and entertain children before school, after school, and during school holidays.
The Role - Permanent EducatorThis role offers variety and the opportunity to work closely with a supportive team, gaining valuable experience in OSHC and making a real difference in children's lives.
Location: Toowoomba Area
Shifts available: (Hours vary depending on service)
- 7:00am–9:00am (Before School Care)
- 2:30pm–6:30pm (After School Care)
- Optional 6–8 hour shifts during school holidays
- Go on adventures: excursions, incursions, & themed days
- Create, play & inspire: enjoy hands-on learning and creative activities with children aged 5–12
- Support for your family: discounted care for your own children
Development Opportunities: We offer Director of Service Job Ready training to help you grow in your career.
Flexibility for Students: Have the middle of the day free to study
About You- Ideally experienced in Before and After School Care or education, but willing to learn
- Passionate about working with children and helping them thrive
- Fun, involved, a team player, and ready to jump in
- Confident communicator with children, parents, and colleagues
- Working with Children Check relevant to your state (WWCC, WWVP, Blue Card, VIT)
- Certificate III or Diploma in an ACECQA-approved course (or working towards it). Visit for more info.
