TeamKids is hiring Permanent Educators in Toowoomba

Exciting news TeamKids has been approved for the Early Childhood Education & Care Retention Payment, which means our educators will now earn an extra 10% on top of their award wage. More recognition, more reward — just for doing what you love.

Who is TeamKids?

TeamKids is a premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) across Australia. We exist to excite, engage, and entertain children before school, after school, and during school holidays.

The Role - Permanent Educator

This role offers variety and the opportunity to work closely with a supportive team, gaining valuable experience in OSHC and making a real difference in children's lives.

Location: Toowoomba Area

Shifts available: (Hours vary depending on service)

  • 7:00am–9:00am (Before School Care)
  • 2:30pm–6:30pm (After School Care)
  • Optional 6–8 hour shifts during school holidays

About You
  • Ideally experienced in Before and After School Care or education, but willing to learn
  • Passionate about working with children and helping them thrive
  • Fun, involved, a team player, and ready to jump in
  • Confident communicator with children, parents, and colleagues
Requirements
  • Working with Children Check relevant to your state (WWCC, WWVP, Blue Card, VIT)
  • Certificate III or Diploma in an ACECQA-approved course (or working towards it). Visit for more info.
