Delaware North Australia is looking for passionate, skilled **Kitchen Stewards** to join our culinary family at the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground on a casual basis. As a Kitchen Steward, you will play a crucial role in ensuring cleanliness, order, and efficiency in the kitchen; contributing to the smooth functioning of the kitchen operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
- Ensure WHS compliance by conducting temperature and quality checks and managing cross-contamination.
- Support kitchen staff in maintaining an organised and efficient workspace.
- Perform hands-on cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, and waste management.
- Show flexibility in working various shifts over a 7-day roster.

What will you bring?:

- Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand is preferred.
- Food Safety Certificate or willing to obtain one.
