Prestigious Australian Start-up success is set for another huge growth as they take more and more market share and expand into other product offerings are looking for a Salesforce Administrator. In this role, you will own the Salesforce Platform and work with some of the most talented Salesforce Developers and the Project delivery team working through a huge amount of Project-based tasks as well as BAU. With the rolling out of SFDC to the greater business and new modules of Salesforce planned you will bolster your expertise in the platform.

- A significant pipeline of greenfield projects

**Other responsibilities will include**:

- Working with the business and providing System configuration and solution development, coordinating testing and rollout
- An integral part in the management of implementations, enhancements and system upgrades
- Data integrity, system performance and user activity
- Troubleshoot technical and functional issues and take ownership of user setup and support requests and responses
- Develop and document procedures and training for new solutions or implementations
- Build and maintain reports/dashboards supporting data-driven business decisions
- Identify opportunities for improvement and address key challenges.
- Work with the technical teams, business members and vendors to deliver value to our team, business and customers.

**To be successful you will have**:

- 4+ years experience in a Salesforce Admin position
- Worked on 3rd party integrations for Sales and Marketing
- Built and customising custom objects, workflows, triggers, custom views, reports, dashboards and other content items in Salesforce
- Some Salesforce Certs would be desirable
