Administration Officer including Sales and Stock Control CQ PUMP & IRRIGATION SERVICES is a family-owned specialist water solutions business focused on the design, supply, installation and maintenance of irrigation & pumping systems across a broad range of industries.Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm Full TimeWHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:A position with a reputable company who are small enough to care and big enough to allow growth for its employeesComfortable and modern office space including ergonomic sit/stand desksA super friendly work environmentWork as part of a high achieving team who enjoy having fun along the wayTHE ROLE encompasses all facets of an administration position including:Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableProcessing of stock ordering and receivingAnswering and directing incoming callsReconciliation of bank accounts, mailing, banking and filingStock ControlAssisting and supporting our Sales team by providing superior customer service and salesFAVOURABLE SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:Solid administration and computerised accounting software experienceExperience with stock control (highly regarded)Cert IV in Accounting/Bookkeeping or equivalent (highly regarded)Ability to work unsupervised and be intuitive with what needs to be doneExcellent organisation & communication skills with strong attention to detailCurrent Qld Drivers LicenceStrong work ethic with a friendly and respectful mannerOFFERING:Training will be provided on the Cobalt accounting & inventory systemAttractive salary packageRecognition and reward for above and beyond effortsFlexibility to suit family commitments when requiredAPPLY NOWIf you are interested in working with the CQ Pump team, please upload a current resume including references and covering letter or hand in at 17-19 Hicks Street, Emerald.Only those successful applicants will be notified.
