**Tattarang **is one of Australia's largest private investment groups and is owned by the Forrest family. Our investment portfolio spans across agri-food, energy, resources, property, and lifestyle.

Tattarang is looking for talented individuals with experience in the health-tech field (including biotech, med-tech, life sciences, healthcare, and digital health).

**Job Description**:
Working closely with the Managing Director and other team members, the Portfolio Manager plays a key support role within the Tattarang business.

Duties include:

- Seamless coordination of all domestic and international travel arrangements
- Meeting coordination and preparation
- Invoice and expense management
- Prepare high quality professional documents, including presentations, agendas, and reports
- Upholding the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Build strong networks and working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

**Qualifications**:
You have Portfolio Manager/ EA experience within a demanding corporate environment where you have become adept at resolving operational and administrative issues.

You possess excellent attention to detail, calm under pressure and organised

You can adapt and be flexible and thrive on uncertainty - never flustered

You adopt a curious, intelligent problem-solving approach with a can-do attitude

You have experience in booking complex international travel schedules
