This stunning centre in Oatley has a rare and exceptional role available for a 2IC/Assistant Director - This is the opportunity you have been waiting for to take the next step

Do you already have at least 6-12 months 2IC experience and want to move into a role where you'll be part of the senior management team?

Be the eyes and ears for the Centre Director across all rooms, assist with transitioning the children, floating, offering advice/guidance to the team, ensuring compliance, meeting and greeting families and nurturing relationships.

**To be considered for this position, applicants must have the following**:

- An Early Childhood Degree
- Effective assessment and evaluation techniques
- Values a collaborative team approach
- Is able to establish positive educator/parent relationships
- Strong, confident and motivated personality with an ambition to provide education standards of excellence
- A current First Aid Certificate, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Completed How to Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk training
