**How will I help?**

As a Regional General Manager with us you have a chance to make a real impact Through leading a high performing team of Commercial bankers you will drive a strategic direction, set clear goals and empower the team to best support our customers.

With a collaborative mindset, you'll foster meaningful connections with customers and communities, delivering exceptional experiences and driving a service revolution through innovation, productivity, and efficiency.

As an energetic leader, you'll also play a pivotal role in coaching and mentoring our high-performing team of Commercial bankers across Fremantle, empowering them to achieve even greater success.
