**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Product, Systems & Inventory Manager and working within the Supply Chain Team, you will support in the daily management of the businesses inventory, ensuring alignment between our ERP (Apparel21) & our 3PL warehouses across Australia & New Zealand.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
With a focus on the above, but not limited to, you will be responsible for ensuring service deliverables are met & continuous improvement opportunities are maximized.
- Inventory Management
- Daily stock alignment and monitoring based on adjustments received from our 3PL partners.
- Monitor and resolve workflow errors between our ERP & 3PL partners.
- Monitor and resolve additional inventory misalignments including:

- Negative Stock
- Online and Wholesale Return Discrepancies
- Over-allocated orders
- Retail Open Orders
- Liaise with our 3PL partners on any significant inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor pick-runs for any integration related errors and resolve with 3PL partners.
- Enforce best practice inventory management with all teams across the business.
- Generate regular reports and insights for senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Promoting a continuous improvement environment and identifying areas of process improvement & cost savings.
- Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external teams.
- Take responsibility for special projects as requested.
- Any other reasonable task as requested in line with the role objective or that results out of necessity to the Group.

**To succeed in this role, you will need to have the following**:

- Demonstrated strong administration and data entry skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills with a strong ability to build effective relationships.
- Experience working in the retail / wholesale industry would be an advantage.
- AP21 experience will be highly advantageous.
- The ability to work well in a team and autonomously.
- Exceptional time management skills.
