Due to high growth and ongoing demand across the business, Emarsys are looking for a Services Consultant that will join the wider professional services team and ensure prospects and existing clients are matched with the professional services to help them achieve their business objectives.

Working collaboratively with Emarsys' Sales, Client Success, Partner & Technical departments, you will act the representative of the professional services organisation and partner network, gathering and analysing client requirements. The outcome of these efforts is thoughtfully scoped services that ensure our customers and prospects meet or exceed their business targets.

This client facing role will seamlessly combine creative thinking, agency and technical services experience and commercial awareness to successfully agree with the prospect/client on services to be provided, whilst also contributing to post-sales activities to provide a world class experience.

The main purpose of this function is to provide consultation regarding our services for Emarsys' customers and will report to the APAC Strategic Services Director.

**YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Present Emarsys & Partner Professional Services in the pre-sales phase, providing consultation on multiple aspects, with a focus on APAC
- Develop the end-to-end strategic value selling, stitching together Professional Services and the Emarsys Tech solution into a strategic demonstration
- Develop customised presentations and demonstrations to prove the strategic business value to the client
- Deliver strategic workshops and ROI models to showcase the value of the tech and services to clients and potential clients
- Handover to and/or collaboration with services delivery partners and our internal partner management team
- Liaise with the commercial team to ensure up to date services knowledge and clear collaboration with on-going projects
- Be involved in Strategic Projects Consultancy ongoing engagements, post sales to ensure continuity with sales process at key check points, and maintain field experience as a warranty - You know how the watch is made to say what time it is.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- 6+ years' work experience
- in a commercial role (e.g. Pre-Sales/Services Consultant, Digital Consultant, Account Manager, CSM) - within a SaaS or Digital Marketing Services Provider, ideally in a Marketing Tech capacity
- in a services / agency delivery strategic consultancy role or consulting capability in the Digital space with foundation level understanding of CRM marketing, customer lifecycle and retention marketing
- Good understanding of key markets across APAC, experience in working across the Region & ability to adapt proposals based on market needs
- Experience with retail and consumer facing organisations with high staff turnover and shifting targets
- Demonstrated ability and gravitas to explain the value and function of professional services to marketing, creative, technical, and non-technical stakeholders alike (including c-level), blending genuine passion with assured competency
- Strategic thinker and ability to think out of the box
- A track record of creating and leading customer facing demonstrations with a full understanding of the sales cycle
- A preference for a fast-paced, agile environment
- Embracing technology and change / tech savvy - Flexible working mindset and enjoying working in an evolving environment, driven by technology and change
- Hands on, able to work independently and self-motivated individual. You are an avid and fast learner who can think on the spot and use your initiative to solve problems
- Excellent team player and ability to instil positive inspiration in teams

**NICE TO HAVE**
- Sales exposure in a medium or large digital agency delivering a wide range of services
- Knowledge of the online marketing space (specifically E-Mail marketing) is a definite advantage
- Commercial utilisation of RFP's and RFI's
- High level of initiative with the ability to work without supervision
- Track record of coordinating multiple projects at different states, concurrently
