Headquartered in Haymarket, in Sydney's Tech Central, we work with leading global clients, including ABB, Figma, Slack and Adyen.

We're looking for a highly organised and collaborative _Account Manager, Marketing Communications_ to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience in account management or a similar digital marketing/comms role, who's ready to step into greater responsibility — managing projects, building trusted client relationships, and helping deliver meaningful, measurable work across a portfolio of leading B2B clients.

**In this role you will**:

- Manage the day-to-day delivery of digital marketing and communications projects, ensuring work is delivered on brand, on time, and on budget.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including strategy, content, creative, and production, as well as external suppliers.
- Support the Senior Account Director with research, pitch development and new business within existing accounts.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like GA4 and platform-specific dashboards, delivering actionable insights.
- Implement and optimise paid media campaigns across digital channels.
- Research trends and market shifts to support campaign development and client engagement.
